Welcome Souderton Area High School Alumni!

We are pleased to announce that on February 6, 2007, the Souderton Area High School Alumni Association was officially incorporated as a non-profit organization. The Alumni Association currently consists of an Executive Board that meets in the High School Library on the first Monday of each month at 7:00p.m. The meetings are open to all alumni and friends of the High School who have the best interests of the current students, alumni and community in mind. Anyone who wishes to raise any business at a meeting is asked to send an email in advance to the Board.

The Alumni Association was established to achieve several goals - To develop a true high school learning community consisting of students, alumni, parents, district staff and community members; to create strong ties between alumni and current students; and to create an effective alumni network that will provide valuable resources to the students and alumni.

In addition, the Association plans to take an active role in preserving and recording the history of Souderton Area High School, including ensuring that all physical artifacts are transferred safely from the current high school to the new building that will open in the summer of 2009.

Although the Association is in its infancy, we are looking forward to this year and our continued growth. If you are a Souderton Alumnus, please take a moment to update your contact information on the Web site and come to our meetings. We are planning several exciting events in the coming year, and we need your help to make them successful. Please visit this site regularly and send us any comments or suggestions.
